Muy'Ono Resorts is a boutique collection of resorts in Belize. From beach resorts to jungle lodges to private islands, each resort is designed to provide a unique experience. Copal Tree Lodge is a luxury jungle eco-lodge in Punta Gorda, Belize.

The Challenge:

By 2025, travelers were turning to AI, TikTok, and Instagram creators for instant, personalized trip recommendations, often bypassing traditional search entirely. With the creator economy projected to hit $480 billion by 2027, trusted influencer voices have become key drivers in how people discover where to stay. For Muy’Ono Resorts’ Copal Tree Lodge and Thatch Caye, the challenge was to harness this shift by securing partnerships with content creators whose audiences aligned with their luxury, adventure, and sustainability brands. The goal: increase Instagram followers and engagement through authentic, high-value storytelling that inspires real travel decisions.

The Solution:

To tap into the creator-driven travel trend, Delicious Digital designed and launched a targeted social media campaign inviting influencers and content creators to apply for a collaboration with Copal Tree Lodge. From the submissions, we carefully analyzed each candidate’s audience, style, and values to identify the ideal partner, one whose content and followers aligned perfectly with the resorts’ luxury, adventure, and sustainability positioning. For this influencer campaign, we selected Tori Nishino, a charismatic travel influencer 464K followers. 

We then led a detailed negotiation process, balancing deliverables, budget, and the value of the complementary stay, while also coordinating dates that aligned with the client’s broader organic social media strategy. Once finalized, we managed the end-to-end logistics—from flights and transfers to excursions and shot lists—working closely with resort teams to ensure every moment on property was optimized for high-impact, evergreen content.

Our agreement included stories, tags, coposted reels, and new UGC content for the resorts’ use. Throughout the stay, we monitored and reposted real-time stories, collaborated with the influencer on post edits and captions, and coordinated co-posts leading to an increase of 250 followers on the resort account in less than a week.
